1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility

By registering an account on ki444, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and remain satisfied for the duration of your use of the Platform.

• You are at least 21 years of age. ki444 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players regardless of the legal gambling age in a particular jurisdiction. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing ki444 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are treated as a violation of these T&C and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of ki444 or any software provider whose games appear on the Platform.
• You are not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent security measures.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the full functionality of the ki444 Platform, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process.

• You must provide your real full name, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number. This information must match the identity documents you may be required to submit for KYC verification.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ki444 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you have failed to protect your credentials.
• ki444 reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — before processing any withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary for the purposes of fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.
• Account credentials must not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person. ki444 accounts are non-transferable and are personal to the registered account holder.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ki444 support immediately using the email address listed in the footer of this page.

ki444 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond ki444's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. ki444 will take reasonable steps to notify players in advance of planned maintenance where possible.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on ki444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ki444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ki444 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotions, which will be communicated clearly at the point of deposit.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ki444 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ki444 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal for the first time or where the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold determined by ki444's internal compliance procedures.
• ki444 does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party charges applied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside ki444's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits credited to a ki444 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all deposits regardless of bonus status.
• ki444 reserves the right to void any transaction and reverse any withdrawal that is found to have been funded by fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegally obtained funds.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, national holidays, or where additional KYC verification is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ki444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ki444 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion, including players who have previously abused bonus terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn within the stated validity window will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who open multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
• ki444 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player at the time of the change.

6. Responsible Gaming

ki444 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling begins to negatively affect their wellbeing or finances. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account settings area.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time-outs: players may set a session duration limit after which they will be automatically logged out. Session limits reset daily at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• Self-exclusion: players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality checks: players may configure periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of how long they have been playing in the current session and their net position.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ki444. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted decision tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or bonus redemption process.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns in live casino games.
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law to deposit into or play on ki444.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or game malfunctions to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable malfunction are void and will be removed from the player's balance.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing self-exclusion, or evading a prior account suspension or closure.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at ki444 staff, live dealer personnel, or other players via any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ki444 Platform — including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, graphic design assets, text, trademarks, service marks, logos, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary property of ki444 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these T&C grants any player a licence to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ki444 content without express prior written permission.

Third-party game providers retain full intellectual property rights over their respective game titles, interfaces, and associated assets. ki444 operates under licence from those providers and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ki444's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following specific exclusions apply.

• ki444 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ki444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ki444 does not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and network connections are secure before accessing the Platform.
• Game outcomes on ki444 are determined by certified RNG systems operated by licensed third-party providers. ki444 does not control individual game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses sustained through normal gameplay.
• Nothing in these T&C excludes or limits ki444's liability for death or personal injury caused by ki444's own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

ki444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account in any of the following circumstances, without liability to the player except where expressly provided in these T&C.

• Where a player is found to have breached any provision of these T&C, including eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or the one-account rule.
• Where ki444 is required to take such action by a competent authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Where a player voluntarily requests account closure. In this case, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ki444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ki444 will display a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The revised terms will take effect from the date of publication.

By continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the revised Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting ki444 support.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and ki444, the player is encouraged to contact ki444 support in the first instance. ki444 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, ki444 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process. ki444 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific national court as a general term — disputes are handled through the platform's internal escalation process as the primary resolution mechanism.
